Here, preserves are not manufactured: they are grown and processed.
Fresno peppers, tomatoes, leeks or pulses that are picked at their optimum point and processed in a traditional way, without artificial additives, respecting the product as it is born.
Vegetable preserves, sauces, jams and ready meals that maintain the original flavour of the garden: roasted peppers, fried tomato, stewed vegetables or traditional recipes ready to eat, where the product remains the centre. Only process, season and origin.
